First Year of Motherhood
The First Year of Motherhood™
Care that changes as you and your baby change.
Each month, what your body and your baby need at this stage, made fresh and prepared for you. Each week, a letter placed in the season you are actually in.
Steadiness is built through repetition.
A year of care does what six weeks cannot.
Across the year, these small repeated practices build your own Architecture of Grace™: care your body learns well enough to return to when you need it.
How the year is calibrated
You have stopped expecting to figure it out month by month. You want the right care to arrive before you even know you need it.
In the beginning, you may need help recovering and being held yourself. There will be evenings when what you need is help coming down from a day in which everyone has needed you. Later, you may need something that brings your attention back to the woman underneath all that mothering.
I choose what you receive each month by working through the same questions every time: where your baby is developmentally, what that means for their skin, how that same stage is landing on you, and what you actually need as a result. Not a fixed box, chosen once for everyone. Calibrated to where you and your baby actually are.
What arrives with the year
A ritual, made fresh. Small batch, made close to when it is sent, so the aromatic materials are still at their best when they reach you.
A letter, every week. What may be happening in your brain, your body, your relationships, and your sense of yourself at that particular point in motherhood. A somatic practice for the middle of your real life.
A live hour, once a month. Come as you are, camera off if you want. Ask me something, or simply listen. Recorded for whoever cannot make it that month.
Me, reading what you send back. Reply to any letter and it comes to me. I read every one.
The package is what you hold. The letters, the calls, and the replies are part of what holds you.

Month to month gives you the freedom to leave whenever you need to.
Begin month to monthThe full year
$2,600 USD, paid once
The full year is for the woman who already knows she wants the continuity.
Pay for the year in advance and you also receive an hour of my own, spent entirely with you. We meet privately so I can learn how you and your baby are actually living, what your body is asking for, what you are struggling with, and what you want more of.
From that conversation, I create a bespoke aromatherapy and neurosomatic skincare ritual for you and your baby alone.
Book the consultation whenever during the year you need it most. If you continue into a second year and pay in full again, another is included.
The full year also costs a little less than twelve month-to-month payments, but that is not the real reason I created this option. The private consultation and the ritual I formulate from it are.
Begin the full yearI make a limited number of these by hand, every month, so nothing about the quality ever slips. Women already in the year are held first, always. Whatever capacity is left after that is what I can offer anyone joining for the first time. Some months, that means I can welcome several new mothers. Some months, none at all.
The Architecture of Grace™ builds through repetition. The rituals can feel small in the moment. Their value is in what repetition builds over time. Your nervous system learns what is familiar through repetition. So does your baby's. Familiarity is part of how safety is built. I recommend staying with it for the full year, though never as a requirement, because the repetition matters, and because what you need keeps changing across that year.
You could source beautiful skincare on your own. What you cannot source separately is the sequence: the right formulation arriving at the right moment, paired with the practice that turns using it into something your body learns to recognize.
What this is not
This is not a replacement for real support.
It is not a partner, or a village, or the practical help every new mother deserves. It is what holds you when help is uneven, when the village has thinned, when no one is asking what you need. If the support around you is limited, the year becomes more important, not because it fills the gap, but because it keeps you connected to yourself while the gap is still there.
A bath is not a village. A serum is not a partner. But when small acts of care are repeated until your body knows them, they become something you can rely on. That is the architecture we are building.
By the end of the year
I don't want the first year to harden you.
Motherhood will ask a tremendous amount of you. The point of this work is not to make that untrue. It is to give something back while so much is being asked.
So that somewhere inside the feeding, carrying, waking, worrying, loving and becoming, there is still a relationship with yourself.
You can still feel beauty, receive pleasure, hear your own instincts underneath everybody else's advice, and stay curious about the woman you are becoming.
You want to come out the other side still soft, still warm, still yourself.
Staying that way is not indulgence. It is part of how you keep showing up.
