Step 1

2 Is anything in this ritual for the baby?

No. Mothering the Mother was created deliberately for her.

Nothing in the ritual needs to be shared with the baby, saved for later, or folded into baby care. The bath, body butter and facial serum all belong to the mother, which is part of the meaning of the gift.

We have many other rituals that are shared or specifically for the baby, but this one belongs to her alone.

3 How is this different from Return to Self?
