Calendula & Chamomile Botanical Soak
For Mom:
Add 2-3 tablespoons to warm bath water for a postpartum sitz bath. Soak for 15-20 minutes to soothe sore muscles, reduce inflammation, and support healing. Repeat 2-3 times per week for relaxation and recovery.
