Calendula & Chamomile Botanical Soak
For Mom:
Add 2-3 tablespoons to warm bath water for a postpartum sitz bath. Soak for 15-20 minutes to soothe sore muscles, reduce inflammation, and support healing. Repeat 2-3 times per week for relaxation and recovery.
For Baby:
Add 1-2 tablespoons to baby’s bath for a calming experience. The soak helps to soothe sensitive skin and promote relaxation before bedtime.
First Touch Baby Butter
For Baby:
After bath, use a small amount and gently massage into baby’s skin to lock in moisture and protect against dryness or irritation. Apply to the diaper area as needed to prevent and soothe diaper rash.
For Mom:
